Meetings: Effective July 22, 2010, Board of Director Regular meetings will be held once per month on the 2nd Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Place: District Offices located at 12922 S. Kashmir Road, Arizona City
Requests: To request that an item be placed on the agenda for a presentation or for Board action, you must complete the Agenda Action Item Form and submit it to the District's Office Manger no later than 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning for a Wednesday meeting. Please refer to the Policy Regarding Placing Items on The Agenda. The Policy and the form are located under Policies and Forms on this web site.

Deadlines: Agenda items are due in the District Office on Friday by 9:00 a.m. (no exceptions).
Call to the Public: Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Those wishing to address the Sanitary District Board of Directors need not request permission in advance. However, action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date. The Board of Directors can not discuss or take action on items during call to the public.
