            The Arizona City Sanitary District Board of Directors will hold a Special Session on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting place at the District’s Office located at 12922 S. Kashmir Road, Arizona City, Arizona.  At the meeting, the Board of Directors may discuss, vote or take other action with respect to any of the following agenda items:

            NOTE:  One or more Board Members may participate in this meeting by telephonic conference call.

 

 

1.                   Call to Order

 

2.                   Welcome to Guests – Chairman’s  comment’s

 

3.         Discussion and possible action regarding the Maintenance Building deficiencies and possible remedies for repair

 

4.         Discussion and possible action regarding sink hole located in the Live Oak Subdivision at Santa Rosa and Diaz Road’s

           

 

            The Board may call for a motion to convene into one or more executive sessions for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the District's legal counsel on any of the above agenda items pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4).
