            The Arizona City Sanitary District Board of Directors will hold a Special Session on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at the regular meeting place at the District’s Office located at 12922 S. Kashmir Road, Arizona City, Arizona.  At the meeting, the Board of Directors may discuss, vote or take other action with respect to any of the following agenda items:

1.                   Call to Order

2.         Call for motion to convene into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for the purpose of obtaining legal advice and/or for discussions or consultation with District’s legal counsel to discuss settlement options regarding the litigation between the Arizona City Sanitary District and Arizona City Golf Course, LLC

3.         ADJOURN
