SPECIAL SESSION                                                                       JUNE 11, 2008

The Arizona City Sanitary District Board of Directors held a Special Session Meeting at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at the regular meeting place of 12922 S. Kashmir Road, Arizona City, Arizona.

Board Members Present:                   Richard Autry, David Campion, Joanne McKenzie, William Miller

Board Members Absent:                     Cecil Borboa

Staff Present:                                      Susan Versluis

Guests:                                               Mike Rock, Frank Walters, Al Wibergh, Residents

1.         Call to Order:  Chairman called meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

2.         Welcome to Guests – Chairman’s comments:   Chairman welcomed all.

3.         Discussion and action regarding setting an agenda for the June 18, 2008 meeting of the Board and Public Hearing:

Board discusses the following items with regards to the June 18, 2008 agenda:

            A.         Rate, fee and charges

            B.        Proposed Budget for FY 2008-2009

            C.        Setting a time limit per speaker for the Public Hearing

            D.        Reviewed information handouts for the public which included the Recharge Project and the litigation with the Arizona City Golf Course

            E.         Manhole Matters Article

4.         Call to the Public:  No public comment.

5.         ADJOURN: 

Motion made by Member McKenzie to adjourn.  Motion seconded by Member Miller.  Vote – 4 Ayes.  Motion carried.
